Technical
Management is the implementation of Oracle Applications (including any
customizations) in coordination with setup configuration, user processes
and procedures to create a functionally efficient environment.
Ongoing technical management of the database,
applications and customizations is vital to an organization and enables
you to maintain a well-functioning and efficient applications system. We
recognize this critical need and will provide you with the services
necessary to maintain peak performance.
Our financials database administrators will work with
your technical staff and dba’s to evaluate disk utilization, cpu
activity, applications integrity and other elements critical for the
successful day-to-day operation of your Oracle Applications environment.
Any corrective actions will be made and verified in a test environment.
After customer review and approval, these corrective actions will be
implemented in the production environment.
For the applications, our technical application
consultants will, again, monitor performance, evaluate the application
and the application setup parameters. Changes will be implemented and
verified in the test environment before porting to production.
For customizations integrity, dba’s and developers
will review the selected code, identify the source of the problem and
make changes as appropriate. As always, the changes will be implemented
and verified in test before moving to the production environment.
ATS also offers standard training sessions on
Applications Integration and on PL/Sql coding techniques, including
tuning. These sessions are delivered at your site using your environment
for hands-on exercises.
